  • Under the infant policy, one traveller can carry only one infant on their lap on board. However, infant twins will require two adults aged 16 years or older to travel on a flight journey. 
  • As per the policy, your baby will be required to travel in a separate seat once they reach the age of two years. 
  • You will need to carry your child’s birth certificate and present it during the flight check-in process.

  • Next, you will need to follow the automated IVR prompts.
  • After the call connects, share your concern and request assistance regarding it.
  • Afterwards, present the details, whichever are requested. 
  • Now, pay any applicable charges, and complete the procedure. 
  • Once the procedure is completed, disconnect the call.
